Are the Deconovo voile curtains see-through?

They are semi-sheer. They filter daylight without blocking it, and give little privacy at night with the lights on.

Do the Deconovo voile curtains come as a pair?

Yes. They are sold as a pair with an eyelet header, so they hang from a pole rather than a rod-pocket track.
