Is it worth it?

Yes, for a table or mantel that wants the brass candlestick look in a set of three. The MIVITOOM holders come at three heights, take a standard 2cm taper and have a padded base, and the brushed finish looks warm rather than shiny. The catch is the metal: the title and the details table say brass, but the bullets and the brand's own answers on the page describe metal with a brass-coloured plated finish. Read it as brass-look, not solid brass.

Is it for you?

Get it if
  • A Christmas table that wants three tapers at stepped heights
  • A host gift that looks considered without costing much
  • A mantel or sideboard in a traditional or warm scheme
Skip it if
  • Anyone who wants solid brass that will age and patina
  • A deep antique brass look: the finish is a brighter brushed gold
  • Thick church candles: the cups take 2cm tapers

The honest read

What wins you over
  • Three heights, 15.5cm, 19cm and 22cm, so they group well
  • Cups sized for a standard 2cm dinner candle
  • Felt-padded bases, by the listing's description, to spare a wooden table
  • Screw apart to store flat; dispatched by Amazon
Where it gives
  • Not solid brass. The title and details table say brass, but the bullets call them brass coloured and the brand's own answers describe plated metal
  • Candles are not included
  • A small brand with few ratings, sold by a third party, Unktor

How we checked this · Researched, not handled · Oct 2026

Researched from the Amazon UK listing and the other sources listed here. We have not handled this product. The catch comes from the Amazon UK listing (15 October 2026).

  • Heights (15.5cm, 19cm, 22cm), cup size (2cm, about 0.78in), the brushed finish, the felt-padded bases, the screw-together build and the set of three taken from the Amazon UK listing, checked 15 October 2026.
  • The catch is a contradiction on the listing: the title and details table give the material as brass; the bullets say brass coloured; the brand's own question-and-answer panel on the page says high-quality metal with a brass-coloured finish, and its description mentions a plating process. The same panel says candles are not included.
  • Sold by Unktor and dispatched by Amazon; in stock with a standard Add to Basket button at the time of checking.
