How long is the SHareconn pre-lit Christmas garland?

The listing gives 9ft, which is 2.7m, with 200 branch tips along it. That is enough for a standard terrace staircase banister without joining two garlands.

Does the SHareconn pre-lit garland need batteries?

Yes. The 50 lights run from a battery box on AA batteries, and the batteries are not included. The listing's bullets say four AA and its details table says three, so buy four.

Can the SHareconn garland lights be warm white only?

Yes. The battery box has an A setting for warm white and a B setting for multicolour, with eight light modes in all, according to the Amazon UK listing.

Does the SHareconn pre-lit garland have a timer?

The title says it has a timer function, but the listing's bullets do not describe one or say how long it runs. We treat the timer as unconfirmed until the garland is in hand.

Is it worth it?

Yes, for a banister that needs 2.7m of garland and lights without a socket at the bottom of the stairs. The SHareconn pre-lit garland is the full length, carries its pine cones and berries already, and its 50 lights run from a battery box that switches between warm white and multicolour. The honest reading is that it is a battery garland from a brand you will not know: the batteries are not included, and the listing cannot agree on how many it takes.

Is it for you?

Get it if

A banister or stair rail of 2.7m with no socket nearby
A traditional red, white and green hallway
Anyone who wants the lights built in rather than wound on afterwards

Skip it if

A neutral or Scandi scheme — the branches are snow-tipped and the berries are red
Anyone who wants mains power and a plug-in timer they can set
A mantelpiece under 2m, where 2.7m has to be doubled back

The honest read

What wins you over

50 lights built in, switchable between warm white and colour, with eight light modes on the battery box
Bends to shape round a banister, by the listing's own description

Where it gives

It runs on AA batteries that are not in the box, and the listing cannot agree on how many: the bullets say four, the details table says three. Buy four and you are covered
The title promises a timer function, but the bullets describe eight light modes and never say how long the timer runs, so treat the timer as unconfirmed until it arrives
SHareconn is not a known UK brand, which the brief for this scene asked for; the listing is sold by a third party and dispatched by Amazon

How we checked this · Researched, not handled · Oct 2026

Researched from the Amazon UK listing and the other sources listed here. We have not handled this product. The catch comes from the Amazon UK listing (8 October 2026).

Length (9ft, 2.7m), branch tips (200), pine cones (9), berry strings (9), the snow on the branches, the 50 warm white and multicolour lights, the eight modes, the A and B switch on the battery box and the weight (1.73kg) taken from the Amazon UK listing for the Red and White, one-pack variant, checked 8 October 2026.
The catch is on the listing itself: the bullets say four AA batteries, not included; the product details table says three AA batteries required. The timer is named in the title and nowhere else.
Dispatched by Amazon, sold by JHHT-UK, in stock with a standard Add to Basket button at the time of checking. The scene brief asked for a known UK brand; this is not one, and the human chose it knowing that.
